Hello, Human, I Am Your Insurance Adjuster

Face of Tomorrow's Insurance Adjusters - Today

This is not a peek into the future, insurance companies are already using satellite imagery, drones, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs to support their field and in-house claims processing.

Yes, this does remove much of the personal-touch to managing your claim, but the prospect of lower costs will drive the growth of integrating technology into what has historically been a "people business."

Hopefully, they will then have a human answer the phone!

Drone Measurements

To safely and accurately measure a steep roof, drones are ideal - and they never whine about the temperature, or show any signs of fear of heights!

At All Weather Roofing, we order an aerial report for every project.   These reports are accepted by every major insurance carrier as having dependable measurements, and claims are often based on the information contained in these 7-10 page satellite-enabled systems.

We are expecting future insurance claims to be managed virtually people-free.  Drones fly overhead to measure and photograph the roof and exterior of your home, and swarms of tiny drones measuring and photographing the interior.

Please be sure your claims are 100% valid; drones can be outfitted to handle "hostile" situations, i.e., policyholders that have filed improper claims?   Just be careful - your robot may not be as forgiving as your former humanoid agent.

Yes, this will definitely save THEM money, but we shall see how much of this savings is passed along to the policyholders.
